Our 20+ engineers bring extensive knowledge in forging technology, designing tailored solutions for complex requirements. Supported by 50+ highly skilled machine operators, we ensure consistent precision across all forging processes. Meanwhile, our 20+ quality engineers and inspectors oversee every step—raw material checks, forging, heat treatment, and testing—to guarantee top-tier quality. Over 100 additional workers keep our operations running smoothly. We excel in producing circular forgings with a wide material range, including carbon steels (C55, C60, 65Mn, ER6, ER7, CL60) and alloy steels (4140, 4330, 4340, 42CrMo, and more). Our forgings span unit weights from 1 kg to 16,000 kg and diameters from Φ30mm to 3000mm, with customization available to meet specific client needs. Our end-to-end services cover forging, heat treatment, machining, mechanical properties and chemical composition testing, and surface treatment, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
